Charging Method - Paid Advertising
Job postings using paid advertising will be displayed first, placing them higher and increasing exposure opportunities. Including auto-refresh (ranking higher at specific times) and top placement (ranking higher for 24 hours)
Original Problem - Unit Price Has a Limit
Both auto-refresh and top placement are types where the more you buy at once, the lower the unit price. With a limit on unit price, the only way to increase revenue is to increase users or purchase frequency.
Final Solution - Bidding Ads with Only a Lower Limit on Unit Price
Because other products in the company have successful cases of bidding ads, and the users of ChickPT are continuously increasing (no need to worry about user churn due to fees), it was decided to adopt this business model, which allows the order price to have only a lower limit, ideally no upper limit. If the number of users increases, causing increased competition, it will further drive up the order price.

Based on my understanding of customers, they have fixed recruitment costs and are very careful with their calculations, so it is important to set and fine-tune prices accurately during bidding, so as to achieve the desired effect at the most reasonable cost.
So I gave up the Slider, which cannot be fine-tuned, and chose Text Field + Stepper. I also adopted the engineer's suggestion to speed up price adjustments by long pressing the Stepper, solving the problem of not being able to adjust by large increments.

The business model is a continuous iterative process. During the process, you need to constantly try various rules or adjustments to find a way to maximize profits. Therefore, in addition to screen adjustments, from minor adjustments to copywriting, to using CRM and offering different preferential schemes, all can be tried. It is very important to maintain flexibility in the process, and in it, I need to ensure a balance between the company's commercial profits and the user experience.
